Adding a New Rule for Automatic File Sharing Suspension in HENNGE File DLP – HENNGE One Help Center

Target Audience

This article is intended for administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of HENNGE File DLP.

Purpose

This article explains the procedure for creating new rules for automatic file sharing suspension.

Notes

2. Administrator privileges for HENNGE File DLP are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.
3. New rules for automatic file sharing suspension are not activated automatically. Please refer to the following article for the procedure to activate rules.

Detailed Procedure

1. Access the HENNGE File DLP management screen.

2. Click [File] - [Automatic File Sharing Suspension] from the menu on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the target application.

4. Click [Add New Rule] in the upper right corner of the screen.

5. Configure the rule details.

1. Configure Rule Summary	Enable Rule	Configure rule activation. * You can activate it after creating the rule.
1. Configure Rule Summary	Rule Name	Set the rule name. * Required field
2. Configure Target Files	Target Files	Select the target files. ・Target all files ・Target only files that meet specific conditions
2. Configure Target Files	Filter Conditions	Configure the conditions to filter the target files.
3. Days Until Sharing Suspension	Condition for Suspension Execution	Configure whether to execute sharing suspension after a specified number of days or immediately. ・Suspend public/external sharing after the specified number of days ・Suspend sharing immediately if the file is public/shared externally
3. Days Until Sharing Suspension	Elapsed Days Until Suspension	Configure the number of days after which sharing will be suspended since the start of public/external sharing.
4. Sharing Suspension Action	Suspend External Sharing	Remove external sharers for files shared outside the organization.
	Suspend Public Sharing	Remove public links for files that are shared publicly on the internet via public links.
	Sharing Destination After Suspension	Configure the sharing destination after suspending the file's public sharing. ・Specific users ・Everyone in the domain who knows the link

6. Click [Create Rule] in the lower right corner of the screen.
