Purpose

This article explains the procedure for activating the file sharing auto-stop rule.

2. Actual screen verification and setting changes require HENNGE File DLP administrator privileges.
3. When activating the file sharing auto-stop rule, files may be displayed on the "Pending Stop" tab on the screen. Please check the contents carefully, as the files listed in this tab will have their sharing stopped according to the set rules once the rule is activated.

Detailed Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the HENNGE File DLP management screen.

2. From the menu on the left side of the screen, click [ Files ] - [ Auto Stop File Sharing ].


3. Click on the target application.


4. Click on the rule you want to activate.


5. Click [ Manage Rules ] at the top right of the screen.
※ Ensure that the files pending stop are as expected before activating.


6. Click [ Edit Rules ] at the top right of the screen.


7. Click the toggle button for [ Enable Rule ] under [ 1. Rule Summary Settings ].


8. Click [ Update Rule ] at the bottom of the screen.
