- Administrators performing the initial setup of Tadrill
Purpose
- To configure the connection filter in Microsoft 365 so that emails sent from Tadrill are not marked as spam.

- To perform the tasks in this procedure, you will need the information (Username and Password) of the global administrator account for the Microsoft 365 Tenant.

The configuration values are displayed within the Tadrill Administration, so please prepare an account that can log in to the Tadrill Administration.
For the first login, only the initial administrator applied for at the time of application can log in to Tadrill.
Procedure
- Access the following page with your Microsoft 365 administrator account.
https://security.microsoft.com/antispam (Microsoft Defender - Policies & Rules - Anti-spam policies) - Click on [Connection filter policy(default)]. (Please click on the text part.)
- Click on [Edit connection filter policy].
- Follow the steps below to check the IP address and add it to the "Always allow messages from the following IP addresses or address range:" section.

How to check the IP address

Log in to the Tadrill Administration.

Click on [Training Emails] in the left menu.

Click on [Add] at the top right of the screen.

Select [Insert phishing URL in the mail body] and click [Proceed].

From the template displayed on the left of the screen, select [【Connection Settings: Tadrill Domains / IP Addresse].

Refer to the content displayed in the email creation screen for the IP addresses (2 items).
※ Enter each IP address one by one and click to add them.

Log in to the Tadrill Administration.
- Click [Proceed].
※ When saving the edited connection filter policy, the following message may be displayed, and you may not be able to save it.
"The command you attempted to execute is not currently allowed in this organization. To execute this command, you must first run the command Enable-OrganizationCustomization."
In that case, please execute the Enable-OrganizationCustomization command in PowerShell.
※ It may take up to 60 minutes to reflect.
