This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup and operation management of Tadrill.
Purpose
This guide explains how to create, edit, and delete tags in Tadrill.
The created tags can be assigned to the following information in Tadrill:
・Users
・Emails
・Training
Notes
1. The contents of this article are based on the product specifications as of June 2024 and may change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
2. Administrator privileges in Tadrill are required to view the actual screen and make settings changes.
Detailed Instructions
1. Log in to the Tadrill management console.
2. Click on [Tags] from the left menu.
Creating a New Tag
3. Click on [Create] at the top right of the screen that appears.
4. Enter the tag name you want to register, select a color, and click [Create].
Editing a Tag
3. To edit a registered tag, click on the tag you want to edit from the [Tags] screen, change the name or color, and click [Save].
Note: If you edit a tag that has already been assigned, the tag in the assigned user information and training information will also be updated.
Deleting a Tag
3. To delete a registered tag, click on the tag you want to delete from the [Tags] screen and click [Delete].
4. A pop-up screen will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete this tag?" If there is no problem, click [Delete].
Note: If you delete a tag that has already been assigned, the assignment will be removed.
