Procedure

1. Click ［Training Emails］ in the menu on the left.

   

2. Click ［Submit］ in the upper-right corner of the ［Training Emails］ screen.

   

3. Select the type of Training Email to create, then click ［Proceed］.

   

   Type	Description
   Phishing （URL link type）	This is a type of targeted attack that directs users to access malicious websites.
   Malware （attachment type）	This is a type of targeted attack that infects users with malware or similar threats when they open a file attached to a Training Email.※
   Malware （download link type）	This is a type of targeted attack that infects users with malware or similar threats when they open a file downloaded from a link.※

   ※ The attachment file extension is determined by the following conditions.

   • If the Email content contains a ZIP password, the file is sent as a ZIP file.
   • If the Email content does not contain a ZIP password, the file is sent in its original format without being zipped.

4. Select any template on the Training Email creation screen, edit the content as necessary, then click ［Proceed］.

   Click the ［Send Test Email］ button to send the Training Email currently being created as a test to the email address you are currently logged in with.
   You can include user attributes registered in Tadrill in the Training Email from ［Insert user attribute］.

   

5. To customize the Reveal Page, select ［Enable custom reveal page］, then enter the Title and Body.
   Check the content and click ［Proceed］.
