Procedure

  1. Click Training Emails from the menu on the left.

  2. Click Create at the top right of the Training Emails screen.

  3. Select the type of email to create and click Proceed.

    Type Description
    Phishing (URL link type) A targeted attack that induces access to a malicious website.
    Malware (Attachment type) A targeted attack that infects users by opening a file attached to the email. *
    Malware (Download link type) A targeted attack that infects users by opening a file downloaded from a link. *

    * The extension of the attachment is determined by the following conditions.

    • If the email body contains a ZIP password, the file will be sent as a ZIP file.
    • If the email body does not contain a ZIP password, the file will be sent in its original format without being zipped.

  4. Select any template in the Email Composing screen, edit the content as needed, and click Proceed.

    Click the Send test email button to send a test email to your currently logged-in email address.
    You can insert user attributes registered in Tadrill into the email by clicking Insert user attribute.

  5. To customize the Reveal Page, check Enable custom reveal page and enter the subject and body.
    Review the content and click Proceed.
    * You can also generate a link to any URL by clicking Insert link.
    * The customized content will only be displayed during the training period. After the training period ends, the default Reveal Page will be displayed.

  6. On the confirmation screen, review the basic settings and the content of the created email, then click Create Training Email.

Fields (Email Composing Screen)

The following fields are available in the Email Composing screen.

Sender name Set the display name of the email sender. If set, the sender will be displayed as "Sender name <Sender address>".
Sender address The local part before @ can be set freely.
The domain part after @ is set to a training domain prepared in advance by Tadrill.		 –
