Target Audience
- Administrators using Google Workspace to perform the initial setup of Tadrill
Purpose
- This document explains the necessary settings in Google Workspace to ensure that emails sent from Tadrill are not marked as spam.
Notes
- The content of this article is based on the product details as of July 2025. It may change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
- To perform the tasks in this procedure, you need the information (username and Copy Password) of a privileged administrator account for the Google Workspace tenant.
- Administrator privileges for Tadrill are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

[Tadrill] How to Access the Administration Console - If you have implemented email security services such as spam filters or URL/attachment detection, please perform additional settings such as whitelist registration on the security service side as needed.
Procedure
Preparation
1. From the Tadrill administration console, click [Training Emails] in the left menu.
2. Click [ Add + ] at the top right of the screen.
3. Select [Insert phishing URL in the mail body] and click [Proceed].
4. From the templates displayed on the left of the screen, select 【Connection Settings: Tadrill Domains / IP Addresses】.
5. Open the template displayed in the email creation screen.
※ This screen will be used in step 4 of Create Address List and steps 2 and 3 of Spam Avoidance Settings, so please proceed while keeping the tabs open.
Create Address List
1. In the Google Workspace administration console, access [Apps] - [Google Workspace] - [Gmail] - [Routing].

2. Scroll down and click [Manage Address Lists].
3. Click [Add Address List].
4. In the [Add Address List] screen, click [Bulk Add Addresses], copy the training domain from the template confirmed in Preparation Step 5, and check [Require Sender Authentication] before saving.
※ There may be additional training domains added in future product updates.
If you use these domains in training, you will need to register them additionally using the above procedure.
5. Click [Save].
Spam Avoidance Settings
1. In the Google Workspace administration console, access [Apps] - [Google Workspace] - [Gmail] - [Spam, Phishing, and Malware].

2. In [Allow List], add the IP address confirmed in Preparation Step 5 and click [Save].
3. In [Inbound Gateway], if the IP address displayed in Preparation Step 5 exists, delete it and click [Save].
4. In [Spam], click [Settings] and enter a description as needed.
(Example) Whitelist for Tadrill
※ If there is already a rule, click [Add Another Rule].
5. In the settings screen, ensure the following items under [Options to bypass filters and warning banners] are checked.
- Bypass spam filters for internal senders.
- Bypass spam filters for messages from senders or domains in selected lists.
6. Under [Bypass spam filters and hide warnings for messages from senders or domains in selected lists.], click [Use existing list].
7. Check the address list created in the Create Address List procedure and click the "×" at the top left.
※ Ensure the address list is displayed.
8. Click [Save].
※ It may take up to 24 hours for each setting to take effect.
