- Administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of File DLP
Purpose
- This article explains the pre-configuration steps required to connect File DLP with various services.
Notes
- The following administrator account information (username and password) is required for each app.
Microsoft 365: Global Admin
Google Workspace: Super Admin
Box: Box Admin - The administrator account integrated in this procedure must remain active at all times during File DLP operation.
If the account is deleted, the integration will result in an error. - The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of January 2026 and is subject to change without notice.

Procedure

From the left menu, select [Connected Services].

Select [Add] in the upper right corner.

Set the service to be added and the [Service Registered Name], then click [Create].
* The [Service Registered Name] can be changed later. -
From the [Integration] tab of the created Connected Service, click the "Enable API integration" button.
Allow File DLP access in each app.
* You will be redirected to the login screen for each service. Log in with the administrator account and allow File DLP access.
* For Box, please log in with an account that has Box Admin privileges.-
Return to the File DLP screen and confirm that the integration is complete.
* If the number of users or drives in the target tenant is large, the connection may take some time.
