This article is intended for administrators who perform initial setup or manage operations of HENNGE File DLP.
Purpose
This article explains the pre-setup method for connecting HENNGE File DLP with various applications.
Notes
1. You will need information for each application’s administrator account (username and password).

Detailed Procedure Explanation
1. Add Application
1.1. Log in to the HENNGE File DLP Management Console.
How to access the HENNGE File DLP Management Console
1.2. Select [App Integration] from the left menu and then select [Add Application] from the top right.
1.3. Select the application to add.
1.4. Set the application registration name.
Set the [Application Registration Name] and select [Create].
※ [Application Registration Name] can be changed later.
1.5. Confirm application creation completion.
Confirm that a message stating [Created the application for (target application)] appears at the bottom left.
2. API Integration Settings
2.1. Select API integration settings.
Select the [Integration] tab for the application created in Step 1, and select [API Integration Settings].
2.2. Allow HENNGE File DLP access in each application.
You will be redirected to the login screen of each application. Log in with the administrator account and allow access to HENNGE File DLP.
※ If you are using Box, please ensure you are logged in with a Box Admin account.
2.3. Confirm integration completion.
Return to the HENNGE File DLP screen, and you will see the word "Connecting" displayed in the [Integration] tab.
After a few minutes, confirm that it changes to "Integrated".
