1. Feature Overview
HENNGE File DLP is a service that visualizes the sharing status of files stored in cloud storage to prevent data leakage.
Based on the concept of "Track and Trust," it begins providing services to properly understand risks and act on prevention through the visualization of data and actions.
1.1 Visualizing External File Sharing Status
It visualizes the sharing status of files stored in cloud storage services like Google Drive and One Drive, allowing you to identify files that are inappropriately shared externally and contribute to risk management.
1.2 Stopping File Sharing from File DLP Management Console
If an inappropriately shared file is detected, you can change the external sharing status directly from the File DLP management console without transitioning to the management screen of each cloud storage service.
1.3 Setting Security Risks
You can predefine certain sharing statuses as risks according to your organization's situation.
You can check files that match the predefined detection settings for each rule.
Additionally, you can use presets to easily configure the sharing risk detection conditions with minimal steps.
1.4 Automatic Sharing Stop Rules
By setting rules for stopping file sharing in advance, when a file that matches the rule is detected, the sharing status will be automatically changed to an appropriate one.
Therefore, even if users unintentionally set inappropriate external sharing settings, it ensures compliance with the rules without the need for administrator intervention.
2. Others
2.1 Supported Cloud Storage Services
As of the New Release in July 2024, it supports "Google Drive" provided by Google, "One Drive" and "Share Point" provided by Microsoft.
We plan to gradually add support for more cloud storage services in the future.
