[Tadrill] Tadrill Alert (Reporting Add-on) Installation Instructions (Google Workspace Gmail)

Target Audience

  • Administrators setting up Tadrill for the first time

Objective

  • This guide provides instructions for installing the Tadrill Alert (reporting add-on) for Gmail.
  • Once Tadrill Alert is installed, the add-on will be added to the Gmail screen of the target users, enabling the reporting feature.

Notes

  1. The content of this article is based on the product details as of February 2025. It may change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
  2. To perform the steps in this procedure, you will need the information (username and password) of a Google Workspace super administrator account.
  3. The content of this article is available to customers subscribed to the HENNGE One Pro plan or the standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.

Procedure

1. Access the Google Workspace admin console from the link below and log in with a super administrator account.

2. Click [Apps] - [Google Workspace Marketplace apps] - [App list] from the left menu.

3. Click [Install app] in the center of the screen. The Google Workspace Marketplace will open in a new tab.

4. Enter "Tadrill" in the search box of the Google Workspace Marketplace, search, and click the displayed "Tadrill Alert" (uppercase).
(※ Please note it is not the lowercase "tadrill alert".)

5. Click [Install by admin], review the notes in the pop-up screen, and then click [Continue].

6. Select "All users in the organization" as the installation target, check the agreement to the terms, and click [Done].

※ It is also possible to install the add-on only for specific groups or organizational units instead of all users.
In that case, select "Specific groups or organizational units" as the installation target and specify the target groups or organizational units on the next screen.

7. On the next page, agree to the notes, permissions, etc. Once the setup is complete, the add-on will be deployed.

This completes the procedure.
No action is required on the user's side, but please check if the add-on is displayed on the Gmail side and if the reporting/quarantine feature is functioning correctly.

※ It may take up to 24 hours for the Tadrill Alert add-on to be reflected in the user's Gmail.
