- Administrators of Tadrill
Purpose
- Explains how to synchronize user information and group address information existing in Microsoft 365 with Tadrill.
Notes
- The content of this article is based on the product information as of November 2024. It may be subject to change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
- A Microsoft 365 global administrator account is required to perform the steps in this procedure.
- The items to be synchronized are as follows:
- Email Address, Given Name, Role, Department - If data corresponding to Given Name, Role, and Department is not entered in the Microsoft 365 environment where Given Name, Role, and Department are already entered in Tadrill, the items in Tadrill will be overwritten with blank data upon synchronization.
Procedure
1. Access the Tadrill Administration.

2. Click [Integration] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Click [Authorize] for Synchronizing Groups with Microsoft Entra ID.
4. When the Microsoft 365 login screen appears, enter the information for the Microsoft 365 global administrator account.
5. Click [Consent] on the [Permission Requested] screen.
6. Confirm that the screen transitions to the [Integration] page of the Tadrill Administration.
7. Confirm that [Synchronized with Microsoft Entra ID Groups] is active on the [Integration] page of the Tadrill Administration.
※ It may take some time for the changes to take effect.
8. Configure the detailed settings for user synchronization following the steps below.

9. Click [Users] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
10. Click [Run Synchronization] on the top right of the screen.
11. Confirm that the users have been added.
※ The roles of users created through synchronization will be uniformly set as "User." Role changes can be made manually.
