This applies to administrators who perform the initial setup of Tadrill.
Purpose
This document describes how to synchronize user information and group address information from Microsoft 365 to Tadrill.
Precautions
1. The content of this article is based on the product information as of July 2024 and may be subject to change without notice due to updates and specification changes.
2. A Microsoft 365 global administrator account is required to perform this procedure.
3. All users and the following groups on Microsoft 365 will be synchronized to Tadrill.
・Microsoft 365 groups
・Mail-enabled security groups
・Distribution lists
・Shared mailboxes
・Dynamic groups
4. The following items are subject to synchronization:
・Email addresses, names, positions, departments
5. If you synchronize with a Microsoft 365 environment that does not have the corresponding data for names, positions, or departments that are already entered in Tadrill, those fields in Tadrill will be overwritten with blank entries.
Detailed Procedure Explanation
1. Access the Tadrill management screen.

2. Click [ Integration ] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Click [ Authorize ] under Synchronize with Microsoft Entra ID.
4. When the Microsoft 365 login screen is displayed, enter the information for the Microsoft 365 global administrator account.
5. Click [ Accept ] on the [ Requested Permissions ] screen.
6. Confirm that the screen transitions to the [ Integration ] page on the Tadrill management screen.
7. Confirm that [ Microsoft Entra ID Group Sync ] is enabled on the [ Integration ] page in the Tadrill management screen.
* It may take some time to reflect the changes.
8. Click [ Users ] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
9. Click [ Sync Now ] in the upper right corner of the screen.
10. Confirm that the users have been added.
* The permissions for users created through sync are set to "User" by default.
Permissions can be changed manually.
