This applies to customers synchronizing group information on Google Workspace to Tadrill.
Purpose
This section describes the settings required to synchronize user information and group address information on Google Workspace with Tadrill.
Precautions
1. This procedure is only carried out once, as it is intended to synchronize group information on Google Workspace to Tadrill.
2. A Google Workspace privileged administrator account is required to perform this procedure.
3. Before carrying out this procedure, it is necessary to enable the directory on Google Workspace.

5. The content of this article is based on product information as of June 2024 and is subject to change without notice.
6. If you synchronize with a Google Workspace environment that does not have the corresponding data, any existing data for name, position, or department already inputted in Tadrill will be overwritten with blank entries.
Detailed Procedure and Explanation
1. Access the [ Google Admin management console ].
2. From the menu, click [ Security ] - [ Access and data management ] - [ API control ].
3. Click [ Manage domain-wide delegation ] under [ Domain-wide delegation ].
4. Click [ Add new ] under the API client column.
5. Enter the following values on the [ Add a new client ID ] screen.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.group.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly
6. Confirm that the information for the added API client is displayed on the screen.
7. Click [ Integration ] in the left menu of the Tadrill management screen.
8. Click the [ Continue ] button under [ Group synchronization with Google Workspace ].
9. Enter the email address of the Google Workspace Super Admin and click [ Create ].
10. Confirm that [ Enabled ] is displayed on the [ Integration ] page.
* Ensure that the integration work in the Tadrill management screen is done only after completing steps 1 through 6.
If you proceed without completing the steps up to step 6, an error message will appear as shown below.
11. Click [ Users ] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
12. Click [ Sync Now ] in the upper right corner of the screen.
13. Confirm that the users have been added.
* The permissions for users created through sync are set to "User" by default.
Permissions can be changed manually.
