Purpose
- By checking the Transfer Logs, you can verify the actions users have performed with Secure Transfer.

※ From July 1, 2024, onwards. - File size and MD5 checksum will be displayed for transfers created after the feature was released on February 6, 2025.
※ Values will not be displayed for transfers before the release.
Procedure
1. From the left menu of the Secure Transfer administration console, select [Transfer Logs].
2. Narrow down the content using the search box as needed.
The conditions that can be specified are as shown in the image.
3. Download the logs as needed.
※ If a search is performed, the search results can be downloaded.
Items (Administration Console)
The items that can be checked on the file operation log screen are as follows.

The items displayed in action_type are as follows.

| ADD_FILE | An internal user uploaded files |
| DOWNLOAD_FILE | Downloaded files from the file transfer URL |
| GUEST_ADD_FILE | Uploaded files from the "Receive" upload screen |
| USER_DOWNLOAD_FILE | An internal user downloaded files |
| DELETE_FILE | Deleted files from the file transfer |
| ARCHIVE_FILE | Archived files from the file transfer |
| CREATE_LINK | Created a link in the file transfer |
| UPDATE_LINK | Changed the settings of a link created in the file transfer |
| DEACTIVATE_LINK | Deactivated a link in the file transfer |
| DEACTIVATE_ALL_LINKS | Deactivated all links in the file transfer at once |
| ACTIVATE_LINK | Reactivated a previously deactivated link in the file transfer |
