Target
This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup of Tadrill.
Purpose
If the sandbox feature of Microsoft 365 is enabled, URLs in emails may be inspected and recorded as clicked. This guide explains how to exclude training emails from Tadrill from this inspection.
Notes
1. The contents of this article are based on the product specifications as of June 2024 and may change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
2. This procedure requires the information (username and password) of the global administrator account for the Microsoft 365 tenant.
3. The settings values are displayed in the Tadrill management screen, so please prepare an account that can log in to the Tadrill management screen. For the first login, only the initial administrator who applied at the time of application can log in to Tadrill.
Detailed Instructions
1. Access the following page with the Microsoft 365 administrator account.

2. Click on [Phishing Simulation] - [Edit].
3. In the edit screen on the right, open the [Domain] input box and register the following training domains that can be selected as the sending domains for training emails.

3.1. Log in to the Tadrill management screen.
3.2. Click [Email] from the left menu.
3.3. Click [Create] at the top right of the screen.
3.4. Select [Insert Phishing Link] and click [Next].
3.5. From the templates displayed on the left, select [Connection Settings: Tadrill Domain / IP Address].
3.6. Refer to the domains displayed in the email creation screen.
*To prevent omissions, we recommend registering all domains as the sending domains for training emails unless you plan to use only specific domains.
4. In the edit screen of step 2, open the [IP Sending] input box and enter the following two IP addresses displayed in the template in step 3.
