Process for Starting to Use the New Services
1. Applying for Service Activation
If you wish to use the service, please contact our support team or sales representative. They will provide you with further instructions.
When activating the service, we will ask for the email address to be registered as the initial administrator. It would be helpful if you could prepare an email address that meets the following conditions:
- For Microsoft 365: It has been granted Global Administrator permissions, or for Google Workspace: It has been granted Super Admin permissions
2. Activating the Service for the Tenant
After you have submitted the information in step 1, we will send login information to the designated contact person via email within 3 to 5 business days.
If you do not receive the login information email after 5 business days, please contact our support team. Once you receive the email, proceed to step 3.
