Detailed Steps
1. When you receive a suspicious email, click the Tadrill icon in the sidebar on the right side of the Gmail screen with the email open.
※ If the side panel is hidden, click the "<" icon at the bottom right of the Gmail screen to display the side panel.
2. The Tadrill Alert menu will appear on the right side of the email screen. If everything is correct, click [ Report This Email ].
If the reported email was a training email, the following message will appear, and the report will be completed.
※ Upon reporting, training emails will be archived and moved from the inbox to [All Mail].
※ If an actual email is reported, it will be moved to the [Spam] folder.
3. If an email other than a Tadrill training email is reported, the following message will appear, allowing you to optionally report your actions and details before the report. Enter the situation as needed and click [ Submit ].
※ The report to the administrator will be completed after step 2, and the situation report is optional.
※ If no situation report is made, the administrator will be informed that no dangerous actions (such as opening links or files) were taken.
