Overview
- This article explains how users of Tadrill Alert can report suspicious emails to internal administrators using the Tadrill Alert (Report Add-in) from Outlook.

- In the following cases, a blank dialog may briefly appear over the entire screen after clicking the Tadrill Alert icon. This does not affect product operation; please wait and the screen will automatically transition, allowing you to use the report feature.

Procedure
Outlook on the Web / Desktop App (New Outlook)
1. When you receive a suspicious email, open the email or select it from your inbox, then click the Tadrill Alert icon at the top right of the email.
If the icon is not displayed in the above location, select it from the app icons shown in the image below.
You can also pin the Tadrill Alert icon to the top right of the email by following the steps below.

2. The Tadrill Alert menu will appear on the right side of the email screen. If there are no issues with reporting, click [Report this email].
If the reported email is a training email from Tadrill, the following message will be displayed and the report will be completed.
* When you report, the training email will be moved to the archive folder.
3. If you report an email other than a Tadrill training email, the following message will be displayed. Enter your actions before reporting and details (optional), then click [Submit].
If the following message is displayed, the report is complete.
* When you report, the suspicious email will be moved to the Junk Email folder.
