This guide is intended for users who report suspicious emails using Tadrill Alert.
Purpose
This guide explains how to report suspicious emails to your internal administrators using Tadrill Alert (Reporting Add-on) from Outlook.

Detailed Procedure
Outlook Web Browser Version / Desktop App (New Outlook)
1. When you receive a suspicious email, either open the email or select it in your inbox, and click the Tadrill Alert icon in the top right corner of the email.
Note: If the icon is not displayed in the above location, select it from the app icon shown in the image below.
Additionally, you can pin the Tadrill Alert icon to the top right of the email screen by following the steps below.

2. The Tadrill Alert menu will appear on the right side of the email screen. If there are no issues with reporting, click [Report this email].
If the reported email was a training email, the following message will be displayed, and the report will be completed.
Note: Upon reporting, the training email will be moved to the archive folder.
3. If you report an email other than a Tadrill training email, the following message will be displayed. Enter the actions and details before the report (optional) and click [Send].
The following message will be displayed to indicate that the report is complete.
Note: Upon reporting, the suspicious email will be moved to the junk email folder.
