Purpose
This article explains how to use the user console of HENNGE Access Control.

Detailed Explanation / Steps
1. Login
1.1. Log in to HENNGE Access Control from the URL below.

※Please change <yourdomain> to your contracted domain.
1.2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the user portal.
2. Password Configuration
2.1. Select [Password Setting].
[If Setting a Password]
2.2. Enter the current password, new password, and confirm new password, then select [Submit].
※For users who are performing password synchronization from Active Directory, if "You cannot change the current password" is displayed, please change the password for the corresponding user in Active Directory.
[If Setting a Self-Password Reset Email Address]
2.3. Enter the new password reset email address and confirm the new password reset email address, then select [Submit].
2.4. An email with an authentication code will be sent to the set password reset email address. Enter it in the [Authentication Code] field.
2.5. Once successfully completed, the completion screen will be displayed.
2.6. If the password reset email address is already set, you can reset it by deleting it once, and then it can be reset following the steps in [2.3].
3. OTP (One-Time Password) Configuration
3.1. Select [OTP (One-Time Password) settings].
3.2. Select [Configure OTP].
3.3. Choose the method to configure.
3.4. Refer to the following article for the subsequent steps.

3.5. Check OTP configuration status in the [3.2] screen in the above steps.
You can check which setting you are currently using to receive OTP.
Since the device receiving OTP cannot be identified, if the setting device is unknown, please set up OTP again.
