HENNGE Access Control User Console Guide (Part 2)

Target

End users who use HENNGE Access Control are the target of this article.

Purpose

This article explains how to use the user console of HENNGE Access Control.

Detailed Procedure Explanation

1. Login

1-1. Log in to HENNGE Access Control from the URL below.

* Please replace <yourdomain> with your contracted domain.

1-2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the user portal as shown below.

2. HENNGE Secure Browser Settings *Visible only to users who are permitted to change configuration.

2-1. Select "HENNGE Secure Browser Settings" as shown in the screen below.

2-2. Check the devices currently registered.

When registering a new device, select "New Device Authentication" at the bottom left.

2-3. Selecting "New Device Authentication" will display a QR code for settings, allowing you to configure the new device.

2-4. After completing the settings, you can configure unread email notifications for each device in the "Settings".

3. Device Certificate *Visible only to users who are permitted to change configuration.

3-1. Select "Device Certificates" as shown in the screen below.

3-2. You can view the list of certificates assigned to you.

3-3. In "Details", you can check detailed information of each certificate.
