1. Preparation
Prepare for the start of using Email Archive.
1.1. Check Microsoft 365 Registered Domains
Confirm whether the latest domain information registered on the Microsoft 365 side has been provided to HENNGE in advance.
In particular, if the domain set as the "default domain" on the Microsoft 365 side is not registered with HENNGE, the email archive may not function correctly, and archiving may fail.
2. Connection between HENNGE Email Archive and Microsoft 365
2.1. Email Archive Connection Work (Microsoft 365)
Set up to archive emails sent and received from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) to Email Archive.
Send a test email to confirm that Email Archive is functioning properly and that emails are being archived.
