For customers who have completed the connection between HENNGE Email DLP and Google Workspace.
Purpose
Confirm the connection between HENNGE Email DLP and Google Workspace is completed correctly and the filter is working according to your requirements.

Detailed Procedure/ Explanation
1. Advance Preparation
1.1. Send the test email from Google Workspace externally/ internally
2. Google Workspace Confirmation Procedure
2.1. Open Google Workspace the [Admin ].
2.2. Select the [ Reports ].
2.3. Select the [Audit ] → [Email Log Search ].
2.4. Enter the date when the test email was sent in the[Date], and select the [Search].
Enter the other conditions as required.
2.5. From the result, select the test email sent to the inside of the company.
2.6. Open the [Recipient details], and confirm that the test email wasn`t sent to the HENNGE Email DLP.
If it was transferred to the HENNGE Email DLP, uncheck[Internal-sending ] from the Routing setting.

2.7. Return to the search page, and select test email addressed to the outside of the company.
2.8. Open the [Recipient details], and confirm that the test email wasn`t sent to the HENNGE Email DLP.
If it has not been transferred to the HENNGE Email DLP, please check if the procedure is correct.

3. HENNGE Email DLP Confirmation Procedure
3.1. Access HENNGE Email DLP administration.
The URL of the HENNGE Email DLP administration contains the main domain of your environment. Replace the [Main domain] part of the following URL with your main domain.
https://console.mo.hdems.com/admin/#/[Main Domain]
If the main domain is "example.com", the URL as follows.
https://console.mo.hdems.com/admin/#/example.com
3.2. Select the [Filter] → [Search History].
3.3. Confirm that the internal test email (sent to inside of the company) is not displayed in the result.
3.4. Confirm that the external test email(sent to outside of the company) is displayed in the search result.
3.5. Make sure that the test email you sent has the intended rule filter actions applied.
