Target
For customers that have finished HENNGE Email DLP connection with Microsoft 365.
Purpose
Customers wish to check if HENNGE Email DLP and Microsoft 365 have successfully been connected and checking the filtering has been correctly configured.
Caution

2. If the software is updated, some setup may look slightly different.
Procedures
1. Prerequisites
1.1. Microsoft 365 より社内宛て / 社外宛てにテストメールを送信します。
2. Microsoft 365 Confirmation
2.1. Access the [ Admin Center ].
2.2. Select [ Security ].
2.3. Go to [ Mail Flow ] → [ Message Trace ].
2.4. Click on [ +Start Trace ].
2.5. [ 送信元が次のユーザー ] にテストメールを送信したアドレスを入力し [ 検索 ] を選択します。
必要に応じ、その他の条件を入力します。
2.6. 検索結果から社内宛てのテストメールを選択します。
2.7. [ 状態 ] 欄にて、 HENNGE Email DLP に転送されていないことを確認します。
2.8. 検索画面に戻り、検索結果から社外宛てのテストメールを選択します。
2.9. [ 状態 ] 欄にて、 HENNGE Email DLP に転送されていることを確認します。
HENNGE Email DLP に転送されていない場合、接続手順に誤りがないかご確認ください。

3. HENNGE Email DLP Confirmation
3.1. Access HENNGE Email DLP.
The Service URL for HENNGE Email DLP Admin Console includes customer's main domain.
Please replace the [ main_domain ] part with your company's main domain.

If main domain is "example.com", the URL will become the following:
https://console.mo.hdems.com/#/admin/example.com
3.2. Go to [ Filter ] → [ Search History ].
3.3. In the search history, please check if the internal recipients Email will not be displayed in the search results.
3.4. In the search history, please check if the external recipients Email will be displayed in the search results.
3.5. Please check the test Email that passed through HENNGE Email DLP follows the intended policy: Filter, Rule, Action.
Please also check if the Emails with attachment/without attachments do follow different filter and rule conditions.
