How to delete an installed Device Certificate (Mac)

for Google Workspace / for Microsoft 365


Q. 
How can I delete an installed Device Certificate?

A. 
Please refer to the following steps.

 

Step 1. Go to "Finder" → "Go" → "Utilities".

Step 2. 
Click on "Keychain Access".

Step 3. 
Under the "login" Keychain > "My Certificates" category, select the Device Certificate you want to delete and click on the one that has the "HENNGE-*****" prefix.

Step 4.  
Click on "Edit" → "Delete" to delete the certificate.

Step 5.
 In the window, confirm the certificate that you want to delete and click "Delete".

 Step 6.  Under the "System" Keychain > "My Certificates" category, select the Device Certificate you want to delete and click on the one that has the "HENNGE-*****" prefix.

Step 7.  Click on "Edit" → "Delete" to delete the certificate.

Step 8.  In the window, confirm the certificate that you want to delete and click "Delete".
