[Secure Browser] Secure Browser Installation (Windows)

Overview

This article explains the procedure for installing Secure Browser on a Windows device and completing the initial setup (device authentication).

Notes

1. The display may differ depending on the OS, version, and model of the device you are using.
2. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of March 2026 and is subject to change without notice.

Procedure

Application Installation

1. Access the official website, select your OS, and click [Download].

   

2. Save the file to any location.
3. Open the downloaded file.
4. The installation screen will appear, and a shortcut will be created on the desktop.

5. Secure Browser will launch automatically.

   

Initial Setup (Device Authentication)

1. Log in to the Access Control User Portal.

2. After logging in, click [▼] at the top right of the screen, then click [HENNGE Secure Browser Settings].

   

3. Click [New device authentication].

   

4. Click [Copy as text] below the displayed QR code to copy the authentication code to your PC's clipboard.
   * If a popup appears asking "Allow this web page to access the clipboard?", click [Authorize].

   

5. Launch the installed Secure Browser.

6. Paste the text copied in Step 4, then click [Submit].

   

7. Confirm that the screen shows "Waiting for Approval".
   * Depending on the settings, authentication may be completed immediately.

   

8. From [Secure Browser Settings] in the Access Control User Portal, confirm that the target device is waiting for approval, and wait for admin approval.
   * Depending on your environment's settings, authentication may be completed immediately.

   

9. Once the device is authorized, the HENNGE One login screen will appear. Log in with the HENNGE One account used for device authentication.
   ※The new login screen will open in your default browser.
   When login is successful, the initial setup of Secure Browser is complete.
