I only sent out one email, but why did I receive several notification emails?

Answer

When the email is sent to several recipients, cloud services (G-Suite/Office 365) will split the email into separated mails under specific conditions before delivering it to our HDE Email DLP service.

As HDE Email DLP service received the mail separately, the email is filtered separately, and hence, notification emails are also being delivered more than once.
