for G Suite / Office 365
I only sent out one email, but why did I receive several notification emails?
When the email is sent to several recipients, cloud services (G-Suite/Office 365) will split the email into separated emails
under specific conditions before delivering it to our HDE Email DLP service.
In addition to that, in cases where email flow volume is high or a large-size email is processed,
the email is divided into multiple emails on the HDE Email DLP service for the rare occasion.
As the HDE Email DLP service received the email separately, the email is filtered separately,
and hence, notification emails are also being delivered more than once.
