Q. "Error, Expired, please re-authenticate" error displayed on the HENNGE Secure Browser?
Expired, please re-authenticate.
A. Please confirm if the following situations apply to you
1．Please check if the expire is set for the HENNGE Secure Browser
Please find the [Devices] (※1) in the HENNGE Access Control Admin Console and click to open the device, and take a look at if the "Expires" value is "Yes".
（※1）You can find the device by the unique HENNGE Secure Browser ID.
2. Please check if the time of the device is incorrectly setup
Please check if the device time of your smartphone device is accurate and the time zone is correct. This message could be displayed if the time of your device is incorrect.
Please restart your HENNGE Secure Browser Application after the time is corrected.
If the problem could not be solved by the above, please contact the Customer Success Guide.
