What should I do if "The verification code has expired" is displayed on the HENNGE Secure Browser?

Please check the following 2 points.
Have you set an expiration date for the HENNGE Secure Browser?
In the "Device List" of the HENNGE Access Control administration console, open the settings screen for the relevant device and check if "Expiration" is set to "Yes".
※1 Search the screen with the HENNGE Secure Browser ID or authorized user of the relevant device.
Is the device's time setting incorrect (is the time off)?
This message may also appear if the device's time setting or time zone is not set correctly.
Restart the HENNGE Secure Browser app with the correct time settings.
If the above does not resolve the issue, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
When contacting, please provide the HENNGE Secure Browser ID (※2).
※2 It is either 5 alphanumeric characters-5 characters-5 characters or 15 characters.
- To check on the device: Settings - ID (bottom right or top right of the screen)
- To check in the administration console: Secure Browsers - Device List - ID
