Answer
If you are attempting to change the password for a user that is synchronized from Active Directory, this message will be displayed.
Since the password is synchronized from Active Directory, the password on the Active Directory will be the master password. Please change the password from the Active Directory.
However, if you cannot synchronize with the Active Directory immediately, please press on the "Change password anyway" in order to force the password change.
After the Active Directory resumes synchronization, the password will be overwritten from the Active Directory.
