Procedure
Adding an SPF record

Add the SPF record for Email DLP to the DNS of your domain.
include:spf.mta.hdems.com
Only one SPF record can be set per domain.
Do not create multiple SPF records for a domain; instead, add "include:spf.mta.hdems.com" to the existing SPF record.Example settings
・ Microsoft 365v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:spf.mta.hdems.com ~all
・ Google Workspace
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:spf.mta.hdems.com ~all
Verifying SPF record settings
- Verify that the SPF record has been set correctly.
