Unread notifications for Secure Browser are active but not notifying

If unread notifications are not being received in Secure Browser, please check the following.
Whether the user has correctly set up unread notifications

* If unread notifications are active as above, please deactivate them once and then reactivate them.
Whether unread notifications are accepted in the administrator settings
- Log in to the Access Control administration console as an administrator user.
[Access Control] How to Log in to the Administration Console - Click the row of the relevant terminal from [Secure Browsers] - [Device List].
- Ensure that [Send Unread Notifications] is [Active].
Whether the accepted users for Secure Browser are set correctly
- Log in to the Access Control administration console as an administrator user
- Search for the relevant terminal from [Secure Browsers] - [Device List] and ensure that "Accepted User" is the relevant user
* How to change if the accepted user is different
- Click the row of the relevant terminal in [Device List].
- Click [User] - [Edit User], change to the correct username (login ID), and click [Change].
