Does not receive the unread Email notification for HENNGE Secure Browser

HENNGE Secure Browser unread notifications are enabled but do not receive the notification email.

 

A.

If you do not receive the unread (new) Email notification for your HENNGE Secure Browser, please confirm if you match any of the following conditions.

 

1) The setting for unread Email notification has not been enabled correctly.

Please confirm the referenced article below to see if the user settings are correct.

How to set Unread Email Notification on HENNGE Secure Browser (For Users)

※If your 「1) HENNGE Secure Browser Unread Notification is not Enabled」or is already Enabled, please disable once and enable again.

 

2) The Administrator has not enabled the unread Email in the Admin Console.

1. Please login to HENNGE Access Control Admin console with an Administrator account.

2. Please go to the [Secure Browser] > [Devices] and look for the edit button.

3. Click on the "Enable" button for [Unread Notification] or [Unread Notification].

 

 

3) Admin has not enabled the unread Email for the user in the HENNGE Secure Browser settings.

1. Please login to HENNGE Access Control Admin console with an Administrator account.

2. Please go to [Secure Browser] > [Devices] and look for "Allowed User".

※To change the allowed user:

 - In the [Devices] page, look for the edit icon.

 - Change the "Allowed User" to the desired user (Username) and click on Submit.
