1. How to Disable a rule and connector
1.1. How to disable a rule
Login to Microsoft 365 with administrator privilege and go to [Admin] - [Exchange] - [mail flow] - [rules] and delete the rule for HENNGE Email DLP.
(The name of the rule depends on your setting, commonly we recommend "HENNGE Email DLP Rule", "HDE One Email DLP rule" or "HDE One 誤送信対策用ルール".)
*If the rule name is different from the above, double click the rule for the details and confirm that the connector name in the "use the following connector..." section is the same as the connector name to be deleted in the next step "1.2. deleting a connector".

1.2. How to disable a connector
Login to Microsoft 365 with administrator privilege and go to [Admin] - [Exchange] - [mail flow] - [connectors] and delete the "Email DLP connector". ( "誤送信対策コネクタ" )
*If the connector name is different from the above, please confirm that the hostname in the "Routing method" section is specified as "mo.xxx.hdemail.jp".

2. How to disable a connection filter
Login to Microsoft 365 with administrator privilege and go to [Admin] - [Exchange] - [protection] - [connection filter] and select [Default] and click [Edit] button.
Select [connection filtering], click the IP address you want to delete in the [IP Allow list] section, click the delete icon (➖), and save the settings.
*Please check the attached reference sheet for the IP addresses that are to be deleted.
3. How to disable an SPF record
Delete the HDE One SPF value from your SPF record.
Example)
Before deleting the SPF value:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:xxx.hdemail.jp ~all
After deleting the SPF value:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all
