*These are the procedures for disabling Email DLP and Archive.
Even if you only have one of either Email DLP or Archive, please follow the following procedure.
1. Delete routing settings
Login to Google Workspace Admin console and go to [Apps] > [Google Workspace] > [Settings for Gmail]
> [Advanced settings] and delete the routing settings in the [Routing] section.
*The routing to be deleted is mentioned in the attached reference sheet.
*Select the routing to be deleted carefully. This impacts your email communication.
*In the case that the routing name is different from the one mentioned in the reference sheet,
please click on the "EDIT" button for the details and confirm that the "Use route" of [Recipients] is the same as the hostname mentioned in the next step " 2. How to delete host settings".
Click on the "SAVE" button.
2. Deleting host settings
This section explains how to delete host settings.
Open the [Hosts] tab and delete the host.
*The host to be deleted is mentioned in the attached reference sheet.
*Even if the "Name" of a host is different from the one mentioned in the reference sheet,
it should be deleted if the "Hosts" is the same.
3.How to delete an inbound gateway IP
Go to [Apps] > [Google Workspace] > [Settings for Gmail] > [Advanced settings].
Click on the "EDIT" button in the [Inbound gateway] of the [SPAM] section and delete the IP address.
Click the "SAVE" button.
*IP address to be deleted is mentioned in the attached reference sheet.
4. Remove a value from the SPF record
Remove the HDE One SPF value from your SPF record.
Example)
Before removing SPF value:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:xxx.hdemail.jp ~all
After removing SPF value:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
5. Delete the "Show more" link
*This step is unnecessary you have not set the "show more" link.
Login to Google Workspace Admin console and go to [Apps] > [Marketplace app] and
delete the service links.
