Description
This article explains how to configure login permissions to Email DLP via Microsoft 365 for customers using Email DLP.
Notes
- This procedure is performed only once per tenant when starting to use Email DLP.
- A Microsoft 365 global administrator account is required to perform this procedure.
- After completing this procedure, it may take some time for the settings to be reflected (up to several hours).

Procedure
- Access the following URL from your browser.

On the Microsoft 365 sign-in screen, log in with a global administrator account

From the left menu of the Microsoft Entra admin center, go to Applications – Enterprise applications.

On the Enterprise applications screen, select All applications and open HENNGE Email DLP from the list.

The Email DLP app overview will be displayed. From the menu on the screen, open Properties.

Set Enabled for users to sign-in? to Yes.
* If it is already set to Yes, proceed to step 8. -
Click Save.

From the menu in the Email DLP properties screen, open Self-service.

Set Allow users to request access to this application? to No.
* If it is already set to No, proceed to step 11. -
Click Save.
- Wait for the settings to be reflected (up to several hours).
