For customers using G Suit and starting to use HENNGE Email Archive.

Purpose

 Connect Google Workspace to HENNGE Email Archive and confirm that mail is archived.

Prior Confirmation Procedure 

1. Confirmation the influence of the email routes

If there are existing [Routing] related settings, please send us an understandable screenshot of the settings before this connection.

2. Setting Value

For the set values, please see your Connection Settings document that we have provided.

1. Creating New [Host]

1.1. Login to your Google Admin → Click on [ Application ] → [ Google Workspace ] → [ Gmail ] 

1.2. Click on [Host]   

1.3. Create 4 [Host]s

Click on [ADD ROUTE]. For the set values, please see your Connection Settings document that we have provided.

・ First [Host]

Please name this mail route as HENNGE Email Archive (rsmtpd_inbound)

・ Second [Host]

Please name this mail route as HENNGE Email Archive (rsmtpd_outbound)

・Third [Host]

Please name this mail route as HENNGE Email Archive (bsmtpd_inbound)

・ Fourth [Host]

Please name this mail route as HENNGE Email Archive (bsmtpd_outbound)

2. Routing Settings

2.1. Create 4 [Routing]s

Click on [Apps]-> [Google Workspace]-> [Settings for Gmail]->[Advanced Settings]
Please click [ADD ANOTHER] If you already had a [Routing]. 

The [Host] will be used which created in [1. Creating New Host].
