Purpose
- This document explains how to search the Email DLP Filter History.

- Admin privileges for Email DLP are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

Procedure

Access [History] - [History] from the left menu of the Email DLP Administration.

Enter the start date and end date, then click the [Magnifying Glass Icon] to display the history for the specified period.

Click [Search Conditions] to specify conditions and search the history.
Click [Show more conditions] to display all search conditions. -
Select the target email from the search results.
Items (Advanced Search)
The items that can be used in search conditions are as follows.
※ Items marked with an asterisk are displayed when you click [Show more conditions].

Set from the following values. ※ You can also specify a custom period by directly specifying the start date and end date. |
| Envelope From | Envelope From email address | Check [Exact Match] to search for an exact match, and uncheck for a partial match search. |
| Envelope To | Envelope To email address | Check [Exact Match] to search for an exact match, and uncheck for a partial match search. |
| From※ | Header From email address | Performs a partial match search. |
| To※ | Header To email address | Performs a partial match search. |
| Cc※ | Header Cc email address | Performs a partial match search. |
| Subject | Email subject | Performs a partial match search. |
| Attachment | Presence of attachments | Set from the following values. [Any / Has attachments / No attachments] |

Items (Search History)
※ Items that cannot be analyzed by Email DLP may not be displayed.
Basic Information

| Message ID | Message ID of the target email |
| Email ID | Email ID of the target email ※ Internal ID of Email DLP. |
| Sender | Envelope From address of the target email |
| Recipients | Envelope To address of the target email |
| Size | Message size including the body, attachments, etc., of the target email |
Message

Filters

Clicking on the action will navigate to the details screen in a new tab. Even if "Encryption" is included in "Action", it may not be encrypted due to the encryption policy definition. |
| Rule Group Name | Applied rule group name | Clicking on the rule group name will navigate to the details screen in a new tab. |
| Rule Name | Applied rule name | Clicking on the rule name will navigate to the details screen in a new tab. |
| Current Status | State of the email after filtering | The following states are displayed. [Sent/Temporarily Suspended/Waiting for Approval/Approved/Deleted] |
Delivery Status
The delivery result of the email is displayed.
Selecting [Details] will display the processing date and destination address.
Regarding the status of "Delivery Result", only the delivery status to the destination server can be confirmed.
If multiple servers are passed through before reaching the recipient, the status may display "Success" or "Sent" even if it has not reached the recipient.
In such cases, please contact the administrator of the server listed as the destination.
Attachments Handling (in case of Secure Download)

| Type Name | Applied Secure Download type name ※Clicking on the type name will navigate to the details screen in a new tab. |
| Created | Date the file transfer (Download URL) was created |
| Transfer ID | ID of the created file transfer ※This is a management ID generated by HENNGE. |
| Transfer Status | Status of the file transfer [Active/Expired/Inactive] |
| Transfer Expiry | Expiry date of the file transfer |
| Total Downloads | Total number of times downloaded per file |
| Link ID | Link ID of the created file transfer |
| Link Status | Status of the created file transfer link [Active/Inactive] |
| Files | Attached file name, size, number of downloads, download button ※Clicking [Deactivate download links] allows the admin to deactivate the download URL. |
Attachments Handling (in case of ZIP encryption)
