For Google Workspace / for Microsoft 365
This article is the guidance regarding how to set Notification on HENNGE Email DLP Admin Console.
The article is made up of 6 items.
1) Define the Notification for Filter.
2) Define the Notification for Approval.
3) Define the Notification for Suspension - Notification for Operation
4) Define the Notification for Suspension - Notification for unattended
5) Define the Notification for Encryption - Define Notification for Recipient
6) Define the Notification for Encryption - Notification for Sender
1) Define the Notification for Filter
☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Notification for Filter」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Priority: The scope will be from 1 to 99,999, the smaller number means higher priority.
2) Policy Name: Please input any values.
3) Destination： Please check「To all destinations」or「To Specific destinations」. If you choose 「To Specific destinations」, the screen will be shown as the following picture and a new filed will appear. Please input the email address, domain, or subdomain in this file.
4) Notification Type: Currently, only SMTP can be chosen.
5) Subject: Please input any contents or values.
6) Message Body ：Please input any contents or values.
※The following plug-in tag can be used in the 「Subject」and「Message Body」.

Microsoft 365 is using GMT as the stander time in the email header when sending out the email.
The time value will be - 9:00 for Japan time.

((%FILTERED-AT%)) : Processing time
((%LOGIN-URL%)) : Login URL of HENNGE Email DLP User Console.
((%RULE-GROUP-DESCRIPTION%)) : Description of Rule Group.
((%RULE-DESCRIPTION%)) : Description of Rule.
7) Language：Can be selected in 「Japanese」「English」「Traditional Chinese」「Simplified Chinese」。 This setting will also reflect the 6) plug-in tag ((%ACTION%)) part。
8) Time Zone： Choose time zone。 Area for example（Africa / America / Antarctica / Asia / Atlantic / Australia / Europe / Indian / Pacific）、or you can find and set major city name by input first 2 words of the city name.
2) Notification for Approval
☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Notification for Approval」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Priority: The scope will be from 1 to 99,999, the smaller number means higher priority.
2) Policy Name: Please input any values.
3) Destination： Please check「To all destinations」or「To Specific destinations」. If you choose 「To Specific destinations」, the screen will be shown as the following picture and a new filed will appear. Please input the email address, domain, or subdomain in this file.
4) Notification Type: Currently, only SMTP can be chosen.
5) Subject: Please input any contents or values.
6) Message Body ：Please input any contents or values.

☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Notification for Oeperation」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Priority: The scope will be from 1 to 99,999, the smaller number means higher priority.
2) Policy Name: Please input any values.
3) Destination： Please check「To all destinations」or「To Specific destinations」. If you choose 「To Specific destinations」, the screen will be shown as the following picture and a new filed will appear. Please input the email address, domain, or subdomain in this file.
4) Notification Type: Currently, only SMTP can be chosen.

4) Notification for Unattended
This par will be separated into 2 items.
a) Creating the Notification for Unattended
b) Setting Notification Time of Unattended Message
a) Creating the Notification for Unattended
☆ 1 -On the left side menu, select「Notification for Unattended」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Priority: The scope will be from 1 to 99,999, the smaller number means higher priority.
2) Policy Name: Please input any values.
3) Destination： Please check「To all destinations」or「To Specific destinations」. If you choose 「To Specific destinations」, the screen will be shown as the following picture and a new filed will appear. Please input the email address, domain, or subdomain in this file.
4) Notification Type: Currently, only SMTP can be chosen.
5) Subject: Please input any contents or values.
6) Message Body ：Please input any contents or values

((%UNATTENDED-MAILS-COUNT%)) : Unattended email quantity
((%NOTIFY-IN-MINUTE%)) : Unattended email time notification
((%LOGIN-URL%)) : Login URL of HENNGE Email DLP User Console.
((%UNATTENDED-MAILS%)) : Content of unattended email ※Unattended email quantity can be shown maximum of 10. Only the To part as a destination can be known on item「Recipient」
7) Language：Can be selected in 「Japanese」「English」「Traditional Chinese」「Simplified Chinese」。 This setting will also reflect the 6) plug-in tag ((%UNATTENDED-MAILS%)) part。
8) Time Zone： Choose time zone。 Area for example（Africa / America / Antarctica / Asia / Atlantic / Australia / Europe / Indian / Pacific）、or you can find and set major city name by input first 2 words of the city name.
b) Setting Notification time of Unattended Message
☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Notification for Unattended」, on the top left choose 「0 minute(s) afterward 」.
☆ 2 - Here you can set the notification time, please do not forget to click ✔︎ after you input the time.
5) Define Notification for Recipient
Note：We have stopped the add/editing function for「Notification for Recipient」. Instead, please follow the procedure and use 「Define Notification for recipient」「Define Encryption Type」to set the template.
☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Deine Notification for Recipient」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Template Name :Please input any words or value.
2) Subject: Please input any name.
3) Message body：Please input any words and value.
※The following plug-in tag can be used in the 「Subject」and「Message Body」.

4) Language： Currently can choose [Japanese] [English] [Traditional Chinese] [Simplified Chinese]
※This setting will not effect the plug-in tag and current setting.
5) Time Zone： Choose time zone。 Area for example（Africa / America / Antarctica / Asia / Atlantic / Australia / Europe / Indian / Pacific）、or you can find and set major city name by input first 2 words of the city name.
☆ 3 - Pleaes go to the [Define Encrytion Type]>[Notification], then check [To recipient] and choose the template.
Please refer to the 1) Definition of Encryption Type in Settings of automatic encryption for attached files .
6) Notification for Sender
☆ 1 - On the left side menu, select「Notification for Sender」, then click the 「Create 」button.
☆ 2 - On the Create Notification screen, please input the required items and then click 「Create」.
The following items are required.
1) Priority: The scope will be from 1 to 99,999, the smaller number means higher priority.
2) Policy Name: Please input any values.
3) Destination： Please check「To all destinations」or「To Specific destinations」. If you choose 「To Specific destinations」, the screen will be shown as the following picture and a new filed will appear. Please input the email address, domain, or subdomain in this file.
4) Notification Type: Currently, only SMTP can be chosen.
5) Subject: Please input any contents or values.
6) Message Body ：Please input any contents or values.
