How to register, edit, or delete administrators

for G Suite / for Office 365

This article describes the procedures of how to registering, editing, or deleting administrators from the HENNGE Email DLP service.

Prerequisite) 

The user must be registered in the HENNGE Email DLP service. They must login to the HENNGE Email DLP at least once in order for the procedure to be performed.

※The user will need to login into the HENNGE Email DLP service at least once in order for the email address to be registered as a user into the system. After the user has logged in for the first time, the email address is then added to the system. If the email account already exists on the system, this prerequisite step can be skipped.

 

Registering and Editing)

Step 1. Login to the administrator console of the HENNGE Email DLP service. Select "Account" > "User Settings" option under the menu.

Step 2. Click on the gear icon for the user that you wish to designate as an administrator.

Step 3. On the "Update User" window, select the "Role" menu to change the user's role from "Sender" to "Administrator". Click the "Apply" button to modify the permissions of this user's account.

※In order to change an administrator user to a sender, please revert the "Administrator" role to "Sender".

 

Deleting)

Step 1. Login to the administrator console of the HENNGE Email DLP service. Select the "Account" > "User Settings" option under the menu.

Step 2. Click on the trash icon for the user to be deleted.

Step 3. Read the confirmation message and click on "Delete" to confirm the action.
