IMEI authentication on devices with iOS12 or later for HENNGE Device Certificates

for G Suite / for Office 365

We have confirmed an issue where authentication discrepancies cause an installation error(*)
when you install a HENNGE Device Certificate using "IMEI" authentication. This happens on an iOS12 or later device that was powered-on without a SIM card inserted.

*Error Message
  ----------------
  Profile Installation Failed
  A connection to the server cloud not be established.
  ----------------

Please try the following workarounds to avoid this issue.

 ・Power on (or Reboot) your device with a SIM card inserted.
 ・Use UDID authentication

Once your device is powered on with a SIM card inserted, you will be able to install Device Certificates
even if you remove the SIM card.
