-
Remove "Forwarding for HENNGE Email DLP" from the [Email Routing Setup] section.
※ Please note that the registered name may differ depending on your environment.
※ Be sure to carefully Confirm the Email Routing Setup to be removed. This will affect email delivery.
As a precaution, when removing the Setup, open Details in Edit and Confirm that the route used by [Registered Users] matches the host described in the "Discard Host" procedure below.
Discard Host
- From the left-side menu of the Google Workspace Admin console, navigate to [Apps] - [Google Workspace] - [Gmail] - [ Host].
-
Remove the host for Email DLP from the [Host] section.
The Target host differs depending on the customer and will be one of the following:- mail.oz.hdemail.jp
- mo.[customer identifier].hdemail.jp
- gwsmtp.mo.hdems.com
※ Even if the name differs, it is a Target for removal if the host matches.
If the host currently being configured does not match, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
Discard More Link
※ No action is required if you have not configured a More link.
Log in to the Google Workspace Admin console, and remove the Target service link, if any, from [Apps] - [Google Workspace Marketplace apps] - [Apps list].
Discard SPF Record
This procedure is not required for Domains that will continue to use Email DLP in another tenant, such as when tenants are consolidated.
1. Remove the Email DLP SPF record (bold portion) added to the DNS server for the Domain in use.
(Example)
Before change
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:xxx.hdemail.jp ~all
or
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:spf.mta.hdems.com ~all
After change
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
Deactivate DKIM
If DKIM Setup has been configured in Email DLP, follow the procedure below.
-
Access the Email DLP management screen and select [Tenant Settings] - [DKIM].
-
From Active Selector Name, click [deactivate] for the enabled Selector.
-
Remove the TXT record corresponding to the Selector for which [deactivate] was selected from the DNS server.
※ The value of the TXT record to be removed can be Confirmed from [Tenant Settings] - [DKIM] on the Email DLP management screen.
