We would like to announce a HENNGE Email Archive service update of April 2019.
（This update will be applied to customer console in turn, starting mid April)
This update will enable users to check contracted retention periods on Admin Console.

[Mail Archive] >［Archive Settings］>"Real-time Period" / "Backup Period"
*In cases where your contracted period is more than 10 years including permanent, the section will be displayed as "More than 10 years".
*Please refer to the following article regarding the difference between "Real-time Period" and "Backup Period".
