For customers using the HENNGE Device Certificate.
Purpose
For users who want to deactivate the HENNGE Device Certificate on their own device and prevent the device from accessing services connected to the HENNGE Access Control.
Cautions
1. Once the HENNGE Device Certificate has been deactivated, the device will not be able to access HENNGE Access Control again unless a new certificate has been installed.

Procedures
1. Access the HENNGE Access Control Portal from your browser and log in with your account.
HENNGE Access Control Portal URL will contain your company domain.
Please change the sampledomain.com part in the URL below to your own domain.

2. Please check if the HENNGE Access Control Portal has been displayed.
The Actual displayed HENNGE Access Control Portal page may differ according to the services you are using.
Pattern 1: If there are links (such as the HENNGE Secure Transfer) that appeared in your Portal.
Pattern 2: If there are menu options that appeared in your portal.
3. Select the "Device Certificate" option from your menu.

Pattern 1: Select the Client Certificate option.
Pattern 2: Select the Client Certificate option.
4. On the "Certificates" page, for the Certificate that needs to be deactivated, please press the "Revoke" button.
5. On the "Revoke" confirm page, please click on "Yes" to confirm deactivating the device certificate.
