Assign Users to Access Policy Groups


For Admins of HENNGE Access Control.


To outline the procedures of how Admin can assign each user to certain policy groups.


1. For different OS, versions, or machines, the admin console page may look slightly different.

2. This article is based on the product content of March 2019. May be revised without prior notice due to subsequent update or specification change.


1. Create Access Policy Group.

1.1. Open the HENNGE Access Control Admin Console, in the menu, find [ User ] and then, [ Access Policy Group ].


1.2. Click on [ New Access Policy Group ].


1.3. Configure each of the following options in the Access Policy Group according to the requirements and click on [ Add ].

2. Assign Users to Access Policy Group

2.1. Open the HENNGE Access Control Admin Console and find the [ User ] menu and then the [ Users ] menu.


2.2. Assigning the Users

2.2.1. Find the user that you wish to assign to a new Access Policy Group and click on the [Pencil Icon ].


2.2.2. Please select the [ Access Policy Group ] that you wish to reassign the user to. Then click "Submit".


2.2.4. Check and confirm that the Access Policy Group has been updated for this user.
