What is the detection interval (update frequency) when connecting for the first time to HENNGE File DLP or when there is a change in the file status?

Answer

• When connecting for the first time
  • You can load up to 50,000 files within 10 minutes.

    *This refers to referencing metadata, not loading the files themselves.

     

• Detection interval (update frequency) when there is a change in the file status
  • Reflection on the dashboard: Once every 24 hours
  • Email notification: Once a day (default setting)
  • Latest information on file status: Updated approximately every few tens of minutes
    *The above times are approximate. Actual times may vary depending on the number of drives and files connected.
    *Current specifications, subject to future improvements.
