Overview
This article explains the procedure for checking Risk Detection Policies from the File DLP Administration.

- Administrator privileges for File DLP are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.

Procedure

From the menu on the left side of the screen, click Risk Detection Policies.

You can check the number of risks for each pre-configured Risk Detection Policy.
Click the relevant Risk Detection Policy name. -
In the Detected Risks List tab, click the relevant file name.

Check the contents of Security Risk Details.
* For more details, please refer to Fields (Security Risk Details).* The following steps are required when downloading detected risks.

Click Request Export in the Detected Risks List.

On the Download Security Risk Information screen, click Execute.

Access Background Tasks from the left menu of the Administration.

Click Download Security Risk Information for the file output in Step 6.

Click the displayed CSV file under Attachments to download it.
* The download link is valid for 3 days. After that, the file will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.
* Once you download the file, it will be deleted and become inaccessible 5 minutes after download.

* The fields related to "File download" in Google Drive are different.

Fields (File download)
The following attributes are displayed on the "File download" screen for Google Drive policies.
