Confirming HENNGE File DLP Security Risks – HENNGE One Help Center

Target Audience

This document explains the procedure to check risk detection policies from the File DLP administration console.

The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of October 2025 and is subject to change without notice.
Administrator privileges for File DLP are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.
For instructions on how to access the File DLP administration console, please refer to the following article.
[File DLP] How to Log in to the Administration Console

Click [Risk Detection Policy List] from the menu on the left side of the screen.
You can check the number of risks for the pre-configured risk detection policies.
Click the name of the applicable risk detection policy.
Click the applicable file name in the [Detected Risks List] tab.
Check the contents of [Security Risk Details].
※ For details, please refer to Items (Security Risk Details).

※ The following steps are performed when downloading detected risks.
Click [Create List] in the [Detected Risks List].
Click [Execute] on the [Download Security Risk Information] screen.
Access [Background Processing] from the left menu of the administration console.
Click [Download Security Risk Information] for the file output in step 6.
Click and download the CSV file displayed in [Attachments].
※ The download link is valid for 3 days. After that, the file will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.
※ Once the file is downloaded, it will be deleted and become inaccessible after 5 minutes.

※ The items related to "File Download" in Google Drive are different.

Link	Link to the cloud storage where the file is stored	Clicking will open the cloud storage page.
Owner	Owner of the file where the risk was detected	-
Path	File path within the cloud storage	-
ID	Unique ID of the file within File DLP	-
File Last Updated Date	Date and time the file was last updated in the cloud storage	-
Risk Detection Date	Date and time the security risk was detected in File DLP	-

The attributes displayed on the "File Download" screen, which is a policy of Google Drive, are as follows.
