The following upper limits are set.
User Limits
- Maximum number of users (excluding deleted users): 50,000
Tag Limits
- Maximum number of tags in total: 200
- Maximum number of tags that can be assigned to each of users/trainings/training emails/courses/e-Learning: 20
Training Emails and Training Limits
- Maximum number of training emails (excluding deleted training emails): 1,000
- Maximum number of characters for each training email subject: 225 characters (single-byte)
- Maximum size per training email: 1MB
- Maximum number of training emails that can be selected in a single training: 10
- Maximum number of trainings with "Not started" and "In progress" status combined: 20
e-Learning and Course Limits
- Number of courses that can be created (excluding archived courses): 1,000
* Excluding archived courses - Number of quizzes that can be created in a single course: 40
- Number of e-Learning sessions that can be in progress at the same time: 20
